Proteros Biostructures is a biotechnology platform well known for its state-of-the art protein structure capabilities. Through utilization of AI and ML Proteros is poised to advance its drug discovery capabilities and drive integrated hit- and lead generation efforts to the next level.
A Director AI/Computational Chemistry is sought to develop and/or guide AI/ML applications in our drug discovery platform covering virtual screening, targeted hit explosion harnessing ML- and physics-based models and multiparameter optimization of hits and leads. The candidate would work with teams in protein sciences, X-ray crystallography, CryoEM, and other biophysical technologies to develop and implement use cases to further accelerate and gain efficiency of the Proteros drug discovery platform.

• Developing and implementing an AI/ML research strategy in partnership with the leadership team
• Building and managing a portfolio of use cases to advance the drug discovery platforms across all departments
• Overseeing research projects and collaborating with internal technology platform teams
• Presenting research and establishing collaborations
• Driving the adoption of new computational tools
