Your mission
• Lead global strategic account management for major pharmaceutical customers, with a strong focus on EU- centric key accounts.
• Drive long-term, multi-program partnerships and complex commercial engagements.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior scientific and business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for stand-alone and integrated discovery programs across Proteros’ full service portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sustainable long-term growth.
• Partner closely with scientific and commercial leadership to shape proposals, project strategies and commercial planning.
• Lead high-level commercial negotiations at executive level.
• Represent Proteros at international conferences, industry events and senior customer meetings.
• Work seamlessly with internal teams in Munich to ensure consistent project scoping, quoting, onboarding and delivery.
