Your mission
- Lead Proteros’ business development strategy and activities in the UK pharma and biotech market.
- Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities into long term and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior scientific and business stakeholders, including CXO level executives, Heads of R and D and other decision makers.
- Identify and position opportunities for stand alone and integrated discovery programs across Proteros’ full service portfolio.
- Develop and grow multi project collaborations and long term strategic partnerships aligned to customer needs in the UK.
- Focus engagement within major UK science hubs including London, Cambridge and Oxford.
- Represent Proteros at relevant industry conferences, events and customer meetings across the UK.
- Develop and execute account plans that drive sustainable business growth and long term customer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with scientific and commercial leadership to support proposal development, project strategies and commercial planning.
- Work seamlessly with internal teams in Munich to ensure consistent project scoping, pricing, onboarding and delivery.
- Lead commercial negotiations and contribute to the structuring of complex partnership models.
