Ihre Aufgaben

Beratung und Unterstützung des Managements und der Führungskräfte in allen strategischen und operativen Personalfragen
Unterstützung und Zusammenarbeit mit den Unternehmensteams, um aktuelle und künftige Ziele und Trends zu verstehen, die sich auf den Personalbedarf und -initiativen auswirken können; proaktives Engagement mit den Führungskräften bei der Personalstrategie durch Personalplanung, Organisationsgestaltung und -struktur sowie alle Prozesse entlang des Lebenszyklus der Mitarbeiter
Bereitstellung von HR-Fachwissen in den Bereichen Feedback, Mitarbeiterbeziehungen, Leistungsmanagement, Entwicklung und Coaching, Vergütung und Organisationsentwicklung sowie Projektmanagement von HR-Projekten/ interfunktionalen Projekten

Ihr Profil

mind. 5 Jahre nachweisliche Leistung als strategischer HR Business Partner
Grundlegendes Verständnis von HR-Analysen und Erfahrung mit HR-Systemen und -Tools ist unerlässlich
Fähigkeit, Manager und Mitarbeitende zu coachen, zu betreuen und gegebenenfalls zu beraten, damit sie sich im Einklang mit den geschäftlichen und persönlichen Zielen weiterentwickeln können
Fähigkeit, ein umfassendes Verständnis der unterstützten Organisationen, einschließlich der Schlüsselfunktionen und -prozesse, zu gewährleisten, um Lösungen und Problemlösungsansätze aufeinander abzustimmen
Fähigkeit, zuzuhören und die Bedürfnisse der Mitarbeitenden sowie die des Unternehmens zu verstehen
Glaubwürdigkeit und Integrität in der Kommunikation
Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse

Your mission

- Advising and supporting the management and executives in all strategic and operational HR issues
- Support and work with business teams to understand current and future goals and trends that may impact workforce needs and initiatives, proactively engage with leaders on people strategy through workforce planning, organization design and structure and all processes along the employee lifecycle
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, performance management, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development and Project management of HR projects/ interfunctional projects

Your profile

- 5+ years of proven performance as a strategic HR Business Partner
- Foundational understanding of HR analytics and experience with HR systems & tools is essential
- Ability to coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help managers and employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals
- Ability to ensure depth of understanding of organizations supported, including key functions and processes in order to align solutions or problem solving approaches
- Ability to listen and understand the needs of the employees, together with those of the company
- Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications
- Excellent English skills
