- Independent handling of accounts receivable and payable
- Reviewing, assigning accounts, and posting invoices (incoming and outgoing) in accordance with GoBD and internal guidelines, as well as applying the correct tax rates
- Reconciling accounts and resolving open items
- Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Maintaining master data and assisting with the further development of internal processes
- Working closely with internal departments and external partners

Your profile
- Business administration degree or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in financial accounting (accounts receivable/accounts payable/sales tax and withholding tax)
- Hands-on approach and team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic automation)
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally Abacus (not required)
- Enjoyment of optimizing processes
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Structured, reliable, and analytical approach to work
- Commitment to quality and compliance
