Your mission
- Characterization of biomolecules (mainlyproteins) of various target classes using liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry LC-MS (focus on intact protein mass analysis and peptide mapping)
- Development and optimization of LC-MS methods and workflows, e.g. for intermediate and final product analysis
- In-dept data analysis, intepretation and reporting, as well as presentation of the scientific results. Confident communication of the content to customers, business partners and colleagues
- Scientific and technical troubleshooting as well as maintenance of HPLC and MS devices
- Continuous improvement of laboratory processes SOP writing, literature research and evaluation of new technologies
- Effective use of synergy effects with and in exchange with other specialist departments. Close collaboration with the laboratory team, scientists and project managers
